→How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us your spa

We find the med spas nearest you, usually eight, and you can swap any of them for a competitor you care about more.

  2. 2

    We check them every week

Their websites, their ads in the Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center, and their Google Maps listings: rating, reviews and hours.

  3. 3

    You read it on Monday

One page in your inbox that reads well on your phone, plus a printable PDF. Only what changed since last week, every fact linked to its source.

§What's in the brief

The same nine sections in the same order every week, so you can read it in two minutes. A section with nothing new simply says "No changes this week."

  1. 1

    The Headline

The single biggest move among your competitors this week, in one line.

  2. 2

    Price Moves

Prices that went up or down: the old price struck through, the new one in orange.

  3. 3

    Deals Started & Ended

Specials and offers that appeared or disappeared on their websites.

  4. 4

    Memberships

New, changed or dropped memberships, clubs and loyalty plans.

  5. 5

    Ads

Ads that started or stopped on Facebook, Instagram and Google, and the offer in each.

  6. 6

    New Treatments & Openings

Treatments or devices a competitor starts offering, and new med spas within 2 miles of you.

  7. 7

    Reputation

Google rating and review count changes, plus changes to hours, name or locations.

  8. 8

    Scorecard

Every spa tracked, in the same order every week: rating, headline deal, key prices, membership and ads running.

  9. 9

    Quiet This Week

Competitors with no changes, in one line.

→A real first issue

This is page one of a real brief for a med spa in Irvine, California, with every spa's name replaced by how far it is from the client. The first issue is the baseline: what each competitor offers right now. From the second Monday on, every section shows only what changed.

The small numbers are links to the public pages behind each fact, listed at the bottom of the page.

?Questions

Where does the information come from?

Public data only: competitors' own websites, the Meta Ad Library, the Google Ads Transparency Center and Google Maps. No logins, no mystery shopping, nothing private. Every fact in the brief links to the public page it came from, so you can check it yourself.

Will you tell me what to charge?

No. Facts, not advice. The brief reports what competitors publicly list and what changed. It never recommends prices or tells you what to do; those decisions stay yours.

Will my competitors get the same report?

No. We take one client per competitor set: we won't sell this report to anyone in your competitor set.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no contract. Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.

What does the first week look like?

The first issue is the baseline: what each competitor offers right now, plus a page on how to read the brief. From the second Monday, each section shows only what changed.

Do I need to install or log in to anything?

No. There's nothing to install and no account to manage. The brief arrives by email every Monday.
